My methodology

I have learned the many importances in understanding that each student is vastly different, and they all have their own strengths and weaknesses that can be built upon. Not every student is the same, and shouldn't be treated as such. Some excel at other learning methods, while others don't. Each student is an individual, and shouldn't be lumped into one mass unit that is just the class. I think knowing this will help me vastly in the future. It'll help me make my class more enjoyable, more personable. There are a multitude of things I have learned to help me become a better tutor, and I only hope to be able to apply those skills accurately, to ensure my students understand my teachings. I don't want them to fall behind in the future due to my shortcomings, so it will be important for me to learn along with my students, to learn where I am strongest at, and where I am weakest at, so I can build upon those skills and become the best tutor I can be. I still have quite a ways to go to understand the art that is being an
educator, but I hope to continue working towards my goals proficiently.
