With almost a year of classroom experience, my teaching methodology focuses on diversity and inclusivity. I follow the ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) method in lesson planning. I create an inclusive and supportive environment, using interactive activities to engage students. I offer structured instruction in the Study phase and encourage application of knowledge in the Activate phase. My personality is patient, approachable, and adaptable. I provide personalized instruction, tailored to students' needs and learning styles. I foster critical thinking, creativity, and offer constructive feedback to support students' progress and language learning goals.
